Manav Energy Pvt. Ltd. is looking for proactive and enthusiastic Graduate Trainee Engineers to join our engineering team in Bangalore. This role involves structured training, hands‑on project exposure, and learning industry‑standard tools and practices. The position is ideal for fresh engineering graduates who are available to join immediately and are eager to learn and grow.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist engineers in engineering, project execution, and operational tasks
• Learn and apply engineering tools, standards, and best practices
• Support design, analysis, testing, and documentation activities
• Participate in site visits, inspections, and project coordination
• Prepare technical reports, drawings, and presentations
• Adhere to safety, quality, and compliance standards
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to meet project timelines
• Continuously upgrade technical and professional skills

Educational Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering (Electrical / Electronics / related discipline)
• Freshers or candidates with up to 1 year of experience/ Internship/ Industrial training
• Candidates who can join immediately will be given preference

Technical Skills & Tools:

• Basic knowledge of engineering software/tools such as:
• AutoCAD, SolidWorks, CATIA, or similar (as per discipline)
• MS Excel, MS Word, and PowerPoint
• Basic understanding of ERP / Project Management tools is a plus
• Familiarity with engineering drawings, standards, and documentation

Certifications (Preferred):

• Relevant technical certifications such as:
• AutoCAD / SolidWorks / CATIA
• PLC / SCADA (for Electrical/Electronic roles)
  • Project Management fundamentals
  • Safety certifications (NEBOSH / IOSH / basic safety training)
• Any recognized certification related to the engineering field is a plus
