• Strong understanding of Spreadsheet Software (Excel / Google Sheets), SQL, Data Visualization, Foundational Statistics, Familiarity with BI Tools, and awareness of Cloud Platforms is a plus.
• Proficient in Office Suite.
• Prior data analysis internship or experience is a plus.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Job Description: Trainee - Data Analysis

Job Summary :

We are seeking a Data Analysis Trainee with strong analytical skills and attention to detail. He/she will collect, process, and perform statistical analyses on large datasets to uncover trends, patterns, and insights that drive strategic business decisions. The ideal candidate has strong problem-solving skills, is proficient in data visualization tools and statistical software, and can effectively communicate complex data findings to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities :

• Collect data from multiple sources such as databases, APIs, spreadsheets, and surveys.
• Clean, validate, and prepare datasets to ensure accuracy and consistency for analysis.

Eligibility Criteria:

• Pursuing B.Tech., MBA in Data Analytics, or a related course
• Strong understanding of Spreadsheet Software (Excel / Google Sheets), SQL, Data Visualization, Foundational Statistics, Familiarity with Business Intelligence (BI) Tools, and Awareness of Cloud Platforms will be a plus.
• Proficient in Office Suite.
• Prior experience in Data Analysis will be a PLUS.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Stipend-based 3+3 months internship i.e., ₹15,000 per month for 3 months and up to ₹18,000 per month for the next 3 months (based on performance)
