Job summary

Anaxee Digital Runners Pvt Ltd in Indore is seeking a Data Analyst Intern for October 2026. The role is office-based and suitable for freshers with a Bachelor’s degree. You will gain exposure to data tasks, MIS reporting, and quality improvement initiatives.

Responsibilities include learning processes, identifying quality issues, preparing reports, and collaborating with the team to optimize productivity. Prior BPO/Inbound/Outbound exposure is a plus, with Tableau or Metabase skills valued.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred.
• Basic computer skills, MS Office & Internet knowledge.
• Previous experience in BPO/inbound/outbound is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Understand and gain expertise in the working process, guidelines, and parameters of the assigned tasks.
• Discuss and explain errors and quality issues with the team and provide improvement suggestions.
• Evaluate actuals against standards and take corrective actions if deviations occur.
• Quality Analysts ensure the quality of delivered tasks and reports.
• Prepare MIS/Reports.
• Quality analysis, productivity optimization, and coordination with team members.
• Process and quality improvement and providing feedback.
