Job summary

N D A Securities Limited in Delhi is seeking a Management Trainee for Business Analytics & AI Applications. The role involves working with multiple teams to implement analytics, automation, and AI-based tools in a finance-focused environment.

The ideal candidate is a fresh graduate with interest in financial markets, stock broking, and fintech, capable of building dashboards and reports using Excel, Power BI, and SQL. Training and mentorship will be provided.

Qualifications

• B.E./B.Tech in CS/IT/DS/EE is required.
• MBA in Finance, Business Analytics, Operations, Marketing or Strategy preferred.
• Freshers or up to 1 year internship/experience welcome.
• Strong interest in financial markets, stock broking, fund management, fintech, or business strategy.

Responsibilities

• Analyse business, operational, sales, client, and market data to identify trends and insights.
• Prepare MIS, dashboards, business reports, presentations, and management-review documents.
• Support creation and improvement of reports using Advanced Excel, Power BI, and other analytics tools.
• Assist teams in automating routine reports, workflows, documentation, and internal processes.
• Identify and evaluate AI use cases for productivity, research, client servicing, reporting, and operations.
• Work with internal stakeholders to collect, understand, and document business requirements.
• Assist in process mapping, SOP preparation, UAT, data validation, and implementation of new digital tools.
• Conduct research on financial markets, competitors, fintech products, broking platforms, and investment services.
• Maintain accuracy, confidentiality, and compliance while handling business and financial information.

We are seeking a motivated and analytical fresher to join our team as a Management Trainee Business Analytics & AI Applications.

Role Overview

The selected candidate will work closely with business, operations, technology, sales, research, and management teams. This role offers practical exposure to business analytics, management reporting, process improvement, automation, and implementation of AI-based tools in a financial-markets environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Analyse business, operational, sales, client, and market data to identify trends and insights.

Candidate Profile

• B.E. / B.Tech graduate in Computer Science, IT, Data Science, Electronics, Mechanical, or any engineering discipline.
• MBA in Finance, Business Analytics, Operations, Marketing, or Strategy preferred.
• Candidates pursuing MBA / PGDM from a recognised institute may also apply.
• Freshers and candidates with up to 1 year of internship or relevant experience are welcome.
• Strong interest in financial markets, stock broking, fund management, wealth management, fintech, or business strategy.

Desired Skills

• Strong command of MS Excel: Pivot Tables, lookup functions, charts, data cleaning, and reporting.
• Basic knowledge of Power BI, Tableau, SQL, Python, or data visualisation will be preferred.
• Familiarity with AI tools such as ChatGPT, Microsoft Copilot, Gemini, Claude, or workflow-automation tools.
• Ability to identify practical AI applications for business processes.
• Good written communication, presentation, and stakeholder-coordination skills.
• Strong analytical thinking, ownership, attention to detail, and willingness to learn.
