• Minimum 8 years of relevant experience in Express Logistics, Express Cargo, Courier, or Transportation Operations.
• Strong hands-on experience in traffic/transport operations, vehicle planning, route planning, and shipment movement.
• Excellent knowledge of TAT monitoring, delay management, and coordinating with drivers, hubs, branches.

• Manage day-to-day traffic and transportation operations.

About The Role

Role Overview We are looking for an experienced Traffic In-Charge to manage and monitor daily transportation and shipment movement for our Express Logistics Vertical. The ideal candidate should have strong hands‑on experience in traffic operations, vehicle planning, route management, shipment movement, and TAT monitoring.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day traffic and transportation operations.
• Plan and coordinate vehicle deployment as per shipment requirements.
• Monitor vehicle and shipment movement across the network.
• Ensure timely dispatch and movement of shipments as per defined TAT.
• Coordinate with hubs, branches, drivers, transporters, and internal operations teams.
• Monitor vehicle arrival and departure schedules.
• Track delays, route issues, breakdowns, and other transit-related exceptions.
• Take timely corrective action to ensure smooth shipment movement.
• Monitor daily operational performance and prepare MIS reports.
• Handle transportation-related escalations and ensure timely resolution.
• Coordinate smooth hub-to-hub and station-to-station movement.
• Monitor transporter and vehicle performance.
• Ensure efficient utilization of vehicles and transportation resources.
• Identify operational gaps and implement improvements to improve TAT and service efficiency.

Required Skills & Experience

Minimum 8 years of relevant experience in Express Logistics, Express Cargo, Courier, or Transportation Operations. Strong hands‑on experience in Traffic / Transport Operations. Excellent knowledge of vehicle planning, route planning, and shipment movement. Strong experience in TAT monitoring and delay management. Experience coordinating with drivers, transporters, hubs, and branches. Strong operational coordination and problem‑solving skills. Ability to manage multiple routes, vehicles, and operational issues. Good communication and interpersonal skills. Good knowledge of MS Excel and MIS reporting.
