Job summary

Torq Commodities in Navi Mumbai is seeking a Trade Operations professional to execute and manage commodity trades, coordinating with traders, counterparties, logistics providers, CHS, shipping agencies and internal departments to ensure timely execution and settlement of trades.

Role focuses on compliance, LC issuance & processing, contract management, shipment monitoring, and robust trade documentation. 3–5 years post-MBA with LC and export-import knowledge preferred.

Responsibilities

• Compliance: Ensure adherence to risk management and compliance guidelines.
• Compliance: Monitor and report instances of non-compliance and take corrective actions.
• Customer Experience & Stakeholder Management: Address customer complaints/escalations efficiently.
• Customer Experience & Stakeholder Management: Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely query resolution.
