About the Role

As a Technical Implementation Specialist at Tracxn, you will lead client onboarding and integration for our API products, ensuring a seamless technical and business experience. You will act as a bridge between customers, product, and engineering teams, owning API integration strategy, guiding clients through setup and implementation, and driving post‑integration success.

This is a client‑facing, strategic role that combines technical expertise, communication excellence, and leadership. You'll also mentor junior specialists and play a key part in shaping our API product processes and standards.

Key Responsibilities

1. API Expertise & Product Enablement:
   • Develop a deep understanding of Tracxn's API offerings, architecture, and data flow.
   • Partner with the product and engineering teams to evaluate client requirements and shape technical solutions.
   • Recommend enhancements to improve API usability and client adoption.
2. Client Engagement & Technical Leadership:
   • Lead technical discussions with client stakeholders to define integration requirements and architecture.
   • Own the sales pipeline for API clients, supporting pre‑sales efforts and crafting technical proposals.
   • Manage end‑to‑end client onboarding, from sandbox testing to production rollout.
   • Coordinate with engineering teams to deliver production‑ready solutions tailored to client needs.
3. Post‑Integration Support & Growth:
   • Serve as the key point of contact for clients post‑integration, ensuring smooth API operations.
   • Troubleshoot technical issues and guide clients on optimizing performance and scaling usage.
   • Identify upsell opportunities based on client engagement and evolving use cases.
4. Leadership & Process Excellence:
   • Mentor junior specialists, providing guidance on integration standards and client management.
   • Drive improvements in onboarding documentation, tools, and best practices.
   • Collaborate cross‑functionally to enhance overall API adoption and customer satisfaction.

What We’re Looking For
