Job summary

Ontrack Hr Services seeks a Track Service Engineer – Crusher to install, commission and service track-mounted crusher units at customer sites across multiple locations. You will diagnose mechanical, electrical and hydraulic issues, perform preventive maintenance, and provide training to clients and operators.

The role requires frequent travel, strong leadership, and solid knowledge of crusher equipment, with emphasis on safety and on-site documentation.

Qualifications

Track service Engineer - Crusher

Key Responsibilities

• Installation, commissioning, and servicing of track-mounted machines.
• Diagnose and troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic issues.
• Perform preventive and corrective maintenance at site locations.
• Provide technical support and training to clients/operators.
• Ensure timely reporting of service activities and maintain documentation.
• Coordinate with internal teams for spare parts and technical support.
• Maintain high standards of safety and compliance at work sites.
• Coordinate field service activities, ensuring timely and effective resolution of customer issues.
• Conduct regular performance reviews and training sessions for team members.
• Act as the primary point of contact for customers, addressing their concerns and ensuring satisfaction.
