Job summary

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Define CMDB architecture, data model, CI classes, attributes and relationships aligned with network infrastructure.
• Establish governance for Configuration Management processes including CI lifecycle and data quality.
• Design and oversee integration between ServiceNow CMDB and Burlington tools ecosystem.
• Ensure end-to-end alignment of CMDB with Incident, Change, Problem, and Service Request processes.
• Maintain CMDB data in ServiceNow through automated discovery and manual updates as required.
• Create, update, and maintain Configuration Items (CIs) including relationships and attributes.
• Track lifecycle of all assets including deployment, changes, and decommissioning.
• Perform CI reconciliation and validate actual vs CMDB data discrepancies.
• Execute periodic audits and ensure compliance with defined governance standards.
• Maintain network circuit inventory, spare inventory, and associated CI details.
• Enforce naming conventions and ensure only authorized CIs are entered in CMDB.
