Job summary

OYO in Jaipur seeks an experienced role to lead property transformation audits, inspections, BOQ preparation, and transformation feasibility assessments.

You will oversee execution, ensuring quality, safety, timely delivery, and cost efficiency, while managing vendors and stakeholder coordination.

This position focuses on go-live readiness, resource planning, and providing estimates based on audit findings to drive smooth project launches.

Responsibilities

• Conduct Pre-Signing Audits (PSA) and assess property transformation feasibility.
• Perform property inspections and complete audit documentation as per OYO standards.
• Prepare BOQs and define the scope of work for property transformations.
• Oversee transformation execution, ensuring quality, safety, timelines, and cost efficiency.
• Manage vendors, negotiations, procurement, and stakeholder coordination.
• Monitor project TAT, resource allocation, launch timelines, and go-live readiness.
• Provide cost, service, and timeline estimates based on audit findings.
• Resolve project challenges and ensure smooth coordination across teams and vendors.
