Job summary

OYO in Lucknow is seeking a dynamic role focused on expanding the property network and building profitable partnerships. You will engage with property owners, evangelize OYO’s vision, and construct joint business plans to onboard properties onto the platform.

Responsibilities include liaising with stakeholders from lead generation to live listings, reviewing SLAs, tracking market trends, and resolving escalations between owners and OYO operations teams.

• Constant research on the catchment to identify key properties which can be acquired for business with OYO.
• Meet property owners and sell OYO's vision of providing comfortable stays for many.
• Build a joint business plan with the property owners in order to have a profitable business association and bring them onboard our platform.
• Liaise with key stakeholders from lead generation till property goes live on OYO platform.
• Periodic review of the SLAs signed off with the property owners.
• Update key market trends and real estate developments in the designated area.
• Resolve issues arising between Property Owners and OYOs Operations/Revenue team.
