Job summary

Myfm Trip Holidays & Pilgrimages (opc) is seeking a proactive Tour Coordinator to manage customer travel requirements and coordinate tour arrangements for a smooth and enjoyable experience.

You will liaise with hotels, transport providers and other partners, handle inquiries, prepare itineraries, and ensure bookings are tracked from enquiry to confirmation.

Responsibilities

• Understand customer travel requirements and assist with suitable tour packages.
• Coordinate tour bookings, itineraries and travel arrangements.
• Communicate with customers regarding tour details, schedules and requirements.
• Coordinate with hotels, transport providers and other travel partners.
• Handle customer queries and provide timely updates.
• Follow up with customers from enquiry to booking confirmation.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth execution of tours.
• Resolve customer concerns and provide necessary support during the tour process.
• Maintain accurate records of customer enquiries and bookings.
