Milaan Holidays LLP is seeking a Tour Consultant to design and coordinate travel itineraries and tour packages from their Kozhikode office. You will consult with clients to understand preferences and budgets, then recommend destinations and services, and manage bookings for transportation, accommodation, and activities.

You will ensure smooth trip execution, respond to inquiries, maintain records, and collaborate with partners to deliver high-quality travel experiences while adapting to changing

Competenze

• Design and manage tailored tour packages.
• Experience in Guided Tours: planning itineraries, coordinating logistics, ensuring safe, enjoyable travel.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills to engage with clients and provide timely information.
• Diploma or degree in Travel & Tourism, Hospitality Management, or related field is beneficial.
• Strong organisational and time-management skills, attention to detail, and proficiency with travel booking tools and basic office software.
• Ability to work on-site in Kozhikode and collaborate with a team.

Role Description

The Tour Consultant is a full-time, on-site role based in Kozhikode, responsible for designing and coordinating travel itineraries and tour packages. This role involves consulting with clients to understand their preferences and budgets, recommending destinations and services, and preparing detailed travel plans. The Tour Consultant will manage bookings for transportation, accommodation, and activities, while ensuring smooth trip execution and prompt resolution of any issues. Daily tasks include responding to customer inquiries, providing destination information, maintaining accurate records, and collaborating with partners and vendors to deliver high-quality travel experiences.

Qualifications

• Candidates should possess strong Travel Consulting and Travel & Tourism skills, with the ability to design and manage tailored tour packages.
• Candidates should possess experience in Guided Tours, including planning itineraries, coordinating logistics, and ensuring safe, enjoyable travel experiences.
• Candidates should possess excellent Communication and Customer Service skills to engage with clients, understand their needs, and provide clear, timely information.
• Relevant qualifications such as a diploma or degree in Travel & Tourism, Hospitality Management, or a related field are beneficial.
• Strong organisational and time-management skills, attention to detail, and proficiency with travel booking tools and basic office software are highly desirable.
• Ability to work on-site in Kozhikode, collaborate with a team, and adapt to changing customer requirements and travel conditions.
