Job summary

Lakshmi Life Sciences is seeking a mould assembly technician in Tamil Nadu to read engineering drawings and assemble mould parts per BOM. You will perform bench work with strict dimensional checks and coordinate with Core/Cavity teams to ensure readiness.

You will support mould trials, maintain accurate records, and focus on zero-defect output while driving productivity and cycle-time improvements, all within a safety-first environment.

Responsibilities

• Study engineering drawings and assemble mould parts as per BOM
• Perform bench work and ensure dimensional accuracy
• Coordinate with internal departments for part readiness (Core, Cavity, etc.)
• Support in-house and subcontractor mould trials
• Maintain proper assembly and trial records with a focus on zero-defect output
• Contribute to productivity, efficiency, and cycle time improvements
• Follow safety procedures and standard work practices
