C&S Electric in Haridwar, Uttarakhand, invites applications for a Tool Room Engineer with 6–7 years of experience in mold design and precision machining. You will lead end-to-end plastic injection mold design and supervise tool room operations to ensure high-quality tooling.

The role covers managing VMC, EDM, wire-cut, and laser welding processes, performing preventive maintenance, guiding breakdown repairs, and implementing ECNs to support new product programs.

Formación

• 6–7 years of hands-on mold design and tool room experience.
• End-to-end plastic injection mold design.
• Experience with precision machining and tool room operations.

Responsabilidades

• Manage machining operations: VMC, EDM, Wire Cut, Laser Welding.
• Execute preventive maintenance and lead breakdown repairs.
• Implement Engineering Change Notes (ECN).

• We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Tool Room Engineer with 6 to 7 years of hands-on expertise in mold design, precision machining, and tool room operations.
• The ideal candidate will be responsible for end-to-end plastic injection mold design,
• Managing machining operations (VMC, EDM, Wire Cut, Laser Welding)
• Executing preventive maintenance, leading breakdown repairs, and implementing Engineering Change Notes (ECN).
