Job summary

Zodiac HR Consultants is seeking an Engineer - Tool Design in Dombivali with 3–6 years of experience in machining process planning. You will design injection moulds, presstools, jigs and fixtures using 2D/3D software and drive the CAD design through to implementation on the shop floor.

The role requires strong knowledge of mould tooling, manufacturing processes, and the ability to prepare detailed design data and reports for project status updates.

Qualifications

• Exposure to machining process planning.
• Experience in injection moulds and presstools design.
• Knowledge of 2D/3D design software.
• Experience with mould & presstool manufacturing process.

Responsibilities

• Design injection moulds, presstools, jigs & fixtures and machine parts from CAD to implementation.
• Prepare and maintain design data, records and documentation.
• Create weekly progress plans and completion reports.
• Adhere to ConnectwellIndustries Quality Policy and follow procedures.
• Research new technologies for tool design.

Role & responsibilities

Create designs of injection moulds and presstools, jig& fixtures, machine parts and their detailing using 3D & 2D software & coordinate the same from CADdesignstage through implementation stage.
Prepare and maintaindesigndata, records and documentation sufficient to readily provide responses.
creating weekly plan/ completion report
Adhere toConnectwellIndustries Quality Policy and follow appropriate procedures.
Conduct research on new technologies, frameworks, and methodologies that can be incorporated intotool design.
