Job summary

VM Placement Solutions is seeking a candidate for tooling design and spares management in our Greater Noida facility. The role focuses on design of press toolings in AutoCAD, and requires familiarity with 3D software to validate tooling concepts.

You will review tooling and jig drawings, identify risks and opportunities in spares levels, and suggest modifications to optimize production processes. Inhouse spares planning and in-toolroom activities will be central to daily tasks.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of documented information as per requirement of above standards.
• Inhouse spares planning in Toolroom machine shop with HT, wirecut & CG activities.

Responsibilities

• Design of press toolings in AutoCAD software; knowledge of 3D software is required.
• Review & suggest modification points in tooling and jig drawings.
• Identify risk and opportunities of spares levels and manage spares inventory.
