Job summary

Ultra Wiring Connectivity System Limited is seeking a design engineer specializing in press tools and fixtures in Haryana. You will design press tools, fixtures and jigs using AutoCAD, NX7.5, and SolidWorks, and develop Progressive Tools for automotive components.

You will also prepare 2D drawings and 3D models, ensure manufacturability and functionality, and analyze design issues to provide effective solutions. Preference for candidates with hands-on experience in Progressive Tool Design.

Qualifications

• 5-10 years of experience in Press Tool Design, Fixture Design, or similar field.
• Proficiency in CAD software such as AutoCAD, Unigraphics NX7.5, SolidWorks; knowledge of other CAD software an added advantage.

Responsibilities

• Design press tools, fixtures, and jigs for various manufacturing processes using CAD software.
• Design and development of Progressive Tools for automobile components.
• Prepare detailed 2D drawings and 3D models as per engineering requirements.

Roles and Responsibilities

• Design press tools, fixtures, and jigs for various manufacturing processes using CAD software such as AutoCAD, Unigraphics NX7.5, and SolidWorks.

  Design and development of Progressive Tools for automobile components.
• Prepare detailed 2D drawings and 3D models as per engineering requirements.

• Experience: 510 Years
• Industry Experience: Automobile / Auto Components
• Candidates with hands-on experience in Progressive Tool Design will be preferred.
• Troubleshoot issues related to press tool maintenance and repair.
