Job summary

Aditya Birla Insulators is seeking a detail-oriented professional to manage MIS dashboards and ensure timely cycle-wise presentations. You will maintain registration records for all lines of business, prepare debit files for bank presentation, and coordinate with banks and aggregators to troubleshoot failed transactions.

You will also support audits with precise records, handle escalations, and publish daily/weekly MIS to keep stakeholders informed.

Job Purpose:

• Execution of Cycle wise presentation on due date, maintain registration details of all LOB, Prepare debit files and send to bank for presentation. Work with bank and payment aggregator to track & trouble shoot failed transactions.
• Support audits by maintaining accurate records and adhering to compliance policies.
• Handle escalations and resolve customer issues where required.
• Prepare and publish daily/weekly MIS and dashboards of Presentation and registration

• Seamless Presentation Process

• Ensure timely, accurate, and uninterrupted presentation of repayment mandates (e. g. , NACH, eMandate, UPI AutoPay) to reduce bounce rates and improve recovery efficiency.

• Facilitate the timely and errorfree distribution of MIS to all concerned departments

• Stake holder management

• Engage proactively with both internal and external stakeholders to ensure alignment and smooth coordination

• Maintain customer satisfaction by enforcing process discipline and prioritizing the resolution of customer issues
