Qualifications

• Hands-on experience in Title Examination, Curative Operations, Index Management, Default Operations, or Foreclosure.
• Strong working knowledge of foreclosure processes, title commitments, and real estate documentation.
• High attention to detail and sharp analytical skills.
• Proficiency with mortgage and title-related software/platforms.

Responsibilities

• Review pre-foreclosure title reports, commitments, vesting deeds, legal descriptions, and prior mortgages.
• Identify and resolve complex title defects, including liens, judgments, and tax encumbrances.
• Perform end-to-end title examination, index management, abstracting, and survey analysis.
• File and track title insurance claims and post-foreclosure mortgage recovery claims.
• Review and quality-check title grade sheets for accuracy and completeness.
