Job summary

Linkterra Dynamics in Bengaluru is seeking a detail-oriented Title Examiner to review and analyze title documents for accuracy, determine ownership through Chain of Title review, and identify defects. You will examine deeds, mortgages, judgments, tax records, and related instruments while maintaining precise records.

The role requires knowledge of title examination standards, strong communication skills, and the ability to work independently or within a team.

Qualifications

• Strong attention to detail and analytical skills.
• Knowledge of title examination processes and standards.
• Proficiency with MS Word, Excel, and relevant title services software.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Willingness to work in the US shift (5PM IST to 2 AM IST).

Responsibilities

• Review and analyze title documents for accuracy and completeness.
• Review and analyze the Chain of Title to determine ownership and identify title defects.
• Examine deeds, mortgages, assignments, judgments, tax records, easements, restrictions, probate documents, and other legal instruments.
• Identify and report any title defects or issues.
• Collaborate with other team members to ensure compliance with Title Insurance Standards.
• Communicate with clients and stakeholders regarding title status and issues.
• Maintain detailed records of title examination activities.
• Assist in resolving title-related discrepancies and challenges.
