Job summary

Redwood Edutours in Bengaluru is seeking a Reservations Executive to manage flight, train, and bus bookings for both domestic and international travel. You will ensure accurate tickets and respond promptly to client requests.

Use Amadeus, Galileo/GDS, or similar systems to search, compare options, issue and reissue tickets, and coordinate with airlines and operators. Maintain records and handle last-minute requests professionally.

Responsibilities

• Handle flight, train, and bus reservations and ticketing for domestic and international travel.
• Search and compare schedules, availability, fares, routes, and travel options.
• Use Amadeus, Galileo/GDS, or other reservation systems for flight bookings and ticketing.
• Issue, reissue, cancel, and reschedule tickets.
• Coordinate with airlines, railway operators, bus operators, and travel suppliers when required.
• Maintain accurate booking and transaction records.
• Handle urgent and last-minute travel requests professionally.
