Job summary

Vasudha Business Solutions, a recruitment consultant, is seeking an E-commerce Operations Executive for our clothing brand in Ludhiana. You will manage online sales on Myntra and Flipkart, oversee inventory, and track orders while coordinating closely with warehouse staff to ensure timely dispatch and returns handling.

The role requires experience with marketplaces, strong Excel skills, and the ability to generate regular sales reports. Prior fashion ecommerce exposure is preferred.

Qualifications

• Experience with Myntra Seller Panel and Flipkart Seller Hub.
• Knowledge of inventory and warehouse management.
• Proficient in Excel/Google Sheets.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
• Experience in fashion/apparel e-commerce is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage product listings on Myntra and Flipkart.
• Monitor inventory levels and update stock regularly.
• Process and track customer orders daily.
• Coordinate with warehouse staff for packing and dispatching orders.
• Handle returns, exchanges, and RTO orders.
• Monitor product performance and sales reports.
• Manage pricing, discounts, and promotional campaigns on marketplaces.
• Ensure accurate product information, images, and descriptions are updated.
• Resolve marketplace-related issues and coordinate with support teams.
• Maintain records of orders, inventory, and shipments.
• Generate daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports.
