Job summary

June 9 Clothing LLP is seeking an e-commerce executive to manage listings, create new listings, and handle dispatches and returns across major portals from our RIICO Mansarovar office in Jaipur.

The role requires proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets and basic English for portal communications, with daily/weekly reporting to the designer on orders, returns and top selling styles.

Qualifications

• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Google Sheets.
• Ability to draft professional emails in English.
• Experience with e-commerce marketplaces and listings.

Responsibilities

• Manage product listings across Amazon, Myntra, Nykaa Fashion, Ajio and Tata Cliq.
• Oversee order dispatches, returns and payment reconciliations.
• Report daily/weekly on orders and sales performance to the designer.

We are a direct-to-consumer garments' brand.

We are looking for an e-commerce executive who can manage listings, create new listings and carry out dispatches and returns of orders for various portals including Amazon, Myntra, Nykaa Fashion, Ajio, Tata Cliq and many more. The candidate should be able to supervise order dispatches, returns and reconciliation of payments.

The candidate should be well-versed with rules for drafting A+ content listings, must meet deadlines for dispatches and keep track of returns. The candidate will be expected to report daily and weekly on orders, returns and top/lowest selling styles to the designer.

Proficiency in Microsoft Excel/ Google Sheets is a must. A moderate level of English language knowledge is required for email communication with various portals.

This is a full-time job and the candidate is expected to work from our office in RIICO Mansarovar.
