Job summary

Happiest Minds Technologies in Bengaluru is seeking a Senior Performance Test Engineer / Lead with 8+ years of software testing experience, specializing in performance testing of web applications and APIs.

You will design, execute and monitor performance tests (load, stress, endurance, volume, failover), develop strategies and collaborate with Agile teams to optimize across app, API, database and infrastructure.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in Software Testing with a strong focus on Performance Testing.
• Hands-on experience with performance testing tools such as JMeter, LoadRunner, and Micro Focus Performance Center.
• Proficiency in Python and Locust scripting.
• Strong skills in performance test scripting, execution, monitoring, and results analysis.
• Experience in performance testing of Web Applications, APIs, and end-to-end business flows.
• Experience in identifying performance bottlenecks across various layers.
• Good understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies and QA processes.

Responsibilities
