Job summary

Ibs Corp in India is seeking a Performance Testing Lead / Senior Lead to drive performance testing initiatives for cargo domain applications. The role requires hands-on testing with JMeter, LoadRunner and K6, tool setup and cross-team collaboration to ensure system scalability and reliability.

The ideal candidate will have 5–8 years of experience in performance testing, proficiency with Dynatrace/AppDynamics/Grafana, and a strong foundation in database optimization.

• 5–8 years of experience in performance testing and engineering.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead performance testing efforts across multiple cargo domain projects.
• Develop and maintain performance test scripts with JMeter, LoadRunner, and K6.
• Set up and configure performance testing environments and tools.
• Collaborate with developers, architects and infra teams to resolve performance issues.
• Monitor system performance using Dynatrace, AppDynamics, Grafana or Prometheus.
• Analyze test results and provide actionable insights to optimize performance.
• Support performance tuning of databases and backend systems.
• Document test strategies, execution plans and results.
• Mentor junior testers and promote best practices in performance testing.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead performance testing efforts across multiple projects within the cargo domain.
• Develop and maintain performance test scripts using JMeter, LoadRunner, and K6.
• Set up and configure performance testing environments and tools.
