• Define, implement, and optimize end-to-end testing strategies that reduce regression cycle time by agreed % through automation and process improvements.
• Oversee the full testing lifecycle to ensure zero critical defects reach production for all OSS/BSS deployments.
• Act as the primary point of contact for quality metrics, providing real-time visibility into test progress, defect density, and release readiness to senior leadership.
• Manage testing timelines and resource allocation to ensure project milestones are met within budget and scope.
