Job summary

Birlasoft is seeking a QA Lead in Pune to spearhead testing strategy for enterprise applications. You will mentor QA engineers, design scalable automation frameworks using Tricentis Tosca, and collaborate with product owners, developers, and DevOps to ensure quality objectives are met.

The role requires leading end-to-end QA efforts, defining metrics, and integrating automated tests into CI/CD pipelines to drive continuous quality improvements across the project lifecycle.
