Job summary

HashRoot is seeking an experienced Test Manager to lead testing activities, ensure effective planning, execution tracking, and reporting. This role focuses on test management and coordination across projects in Pune.

The ideal candidate will have hands-on Azure DevOps experience, strong stakeholder communication, and proven ability to drive testing in Agile delivery environments with clear dashboards and status updates.

Qualifications

• Experience as a Test Manager, Test Lead, or Test Coordinator.
• Strong knowledge of test planning and test management.
• Hands-on experience with Azure DevOps for backlog and test case management.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Good reporting and presentation skills (PowerPoint desirable).
• Experience in Agile/project delivery environments.
