Job summary

Digile is seeking an experienced Test Analyst to lead testing activities in Agile/DevOps environments. You will coordinate cross-functional teams, manage risk, and coach tester development while ensuring high-quality test coverage and robust defect reporting.

The role requires strong communication, coaching skills, and expertise in SQL/database testing and CI/CD integration, with experience using Agile tools such as Azure boards.

Qualifications

• ISTQB CTAL-TA or equivalent testing experience.
• Strong leadership experience in Agile/DevOps.
• Expert in test management, defect tracking, and reporting.

We are looking for an experienced Test Analyst with strong test leadership skills in Agile and DevOps environments, with expertise in test management, risk management, stakeholder coordination, and improving test coverage. The ideal candidate should have strong communication and coaching skills, along with experience in Agile tools, SQL/database testing, defect management, and CI/CD integration.

• Key Responsibilities
• ISTQB Certified Tester Advanced Level Test Analyst (CTAL-TA) or equivalent commercial testing experience.
• Strong test leadership experience within Agile/DevOps environments.
• Expert level knowledge of test management tools, defect tracking, and reporting.
• Ability to coordinate cross-functional teams and manage risk.
• Strong stakeholder engagement and conflict resolution skills.
• Able to coach and support tester development.
• Skilled communicator, able to explain technical concepts clearly.
• Ability to assess and improve test coverage and test design.
• Experience in using Agile development methodologies and associated tools,e.g.Azure boards.
