Overview

Test Manager – UST Global is looking for a Project manager responsible for managing end to end testing of a specific project within an organization. Their main goal is to ensure that the project meets its objectives and delivers the desired results.

Responsibilities

• Manage end to end testing of a specific project within an organization.
• Coordinate testing activities to ensure project objectives and deliverables are met.
• Provide leadership and direction to the testing team, setting clear expectations and goals for team members.
• Monitor and evaluate the progress of testing activities, identify issues or obstacles, and implement solutions to address them.
• Communicate regularly with stakeholders, keeping them informed of progress and addressing any concerns or feedback.
• Collaborate with other departments or external partners to support the successful implementation of the project.
• Manage risks and issues that may arise during the project, developing contingency plans and mitigation strategies as needed.
• Measure and track project performance, review metrics and SLA dashboards, and take corrective actions as needed.
• Provide reports and updates on the project\'s progress to senior management or other key stakeholders.

Qualifications

• 15+ year Experience leading multi-phased projects with extensive experience in managing the testing engagements
• Complete Ownership of the testing activities and operations for the project/program with solid understanding of project management principles and methodologies, as well as experience in managing complex programs or initiatives
• Designs, Plans and Develops the overall Test Strategy
• Develops a detailed test plan outlining the scope, objectives, timeline, resources, and deliverables for the project
• Identifying and securing the necessary resources, including budget, staff, and technology, to support the project.
• Providing leadership and direction to the testing team, setting clear expectations and goals for team members.
• Review and Approvals on Project estimates and budgets
• Monitoring and evaluating the progress of the testing activities, identifying any issues or obstacles, and implementing solutions to address them.
• Communicating regularly with stakeholders, keeping them informed of the progress and addressing any concerns or feedback.
• Ensuring compliance with all relevant regulations, policies, and procedures throughout the testing lifecycle.
• Conducting regular reviews and assessments of the testing deliverables to identify opportunities for improvement and make recommendations for future initiatives.
