Job summary

Capgemini Bengaluru is seeking a Senior Test Lead / Test Manager to drive testing strategy and execution across large-scale programs. You will coordinate business users, process owners and technical teams to ensure quality, release readiness and risk mitigation in complex, multi-workstream initiatives.

The role requires strong communication skills, a business-minded approach to validation scenarios, and the ability to partner with Digitalization, IT and governance teams across locations.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in test management, coordination, QA or testing in digital implementations.
• Experience with large-scale transformation, ERP/MES/manufacturing/logistics initiatives.
• Experience coordinating business users, process owners, and technical teams during testing.

Job description

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in test management, test coordination, quality assurance or digital implementation testing.
• Experience from large-scale transformation, ERP, MES, manufacturing, logistics or industrial digitalization initiatives.
• Experience coordinating business users, key users, process owners and technical teams during test preparation and execution.
• Strong experience with defect management, test reporting, release readiness and issue escalation.
• Experience working in complex programs with multiple workstreams, dependencies and senior stakeholders.

Preferred Experience

• Experience from global manufacturing or supply chain organizations.
• Experience with MTM, MES, ERP, logistics, order-to-delivery, or manufacturing execution processes.
• Experience with user acceptance testing, end-to-end process testing, integration testing and regression testing.
• Familiarity with Azure DevOps, Jira, test management tools, Power BI and Microsoft 365 collaboration platforms.
• Experience working with site implementation teams and global template/development teams.
