Job summary

INDIC EMS Electronics Pvt. Ltd. is seeking a highly skilled engineer with 5-7 years of experience in electronics manufacturing. The role focuses on improving test systems, data analysis, and developing qualification tests for new and existing products.

The candidate will work on MDA, ICT, and functional test setups, contribute to test documentation, and interact with vendors, customers and internal teams to ensure reliability and accuracy in testing results.

Qualifications

• BE in Electronics or Electrical Engineering with 5-7 years of experience in electronics manufacturing.
• Strong understanding of test equipment, LabVIEW, and data acquisition systems.
• Experience with MDA, ICT, Functional Test systems and lab equipment.
• Knowledge of ISO standards like ISO 9001 and related testing regulations.

Experience Required: 5–7 years

Key Responsibilities:

• Drive improvements in the test systems, test process and test strategies with your engineering expertise.
• Data analysis and recommendations with respect to new and existing specifications/datasheets.
• Benchmarking of products testing and documentation creation.
• NPI support by performing characterization and qualification tests.
• Contribute to the creation and maintenance of testing documentation, including test procedures, work instructions, and technical reports.
• Documentation in customer-ready report format and familiarity for using different types of test systems.
• Working Experience on MDA, ICT, Functional Test systems and lab equipment’s.
• Working on the automotive, industrial and power product plus if worked on Telecomm.
• Develop bench/test setups to determine and verify device performance.
• Take engineering test systems to the next level regarding reliability and repeatability.

Desired Skills:

• This position requires an BE in Electronics or Electrical Engineering and minimum of 5-7 years of relevant experience.
• Solid understanding of Electronic, Test Equipment’s, mechanical systems, and/or LabView software applications relevant to the testing process.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify, troubleshoot, and resolve issues efficiently.
• Detail-oriented mindset with excellent record-keeping and documentation skills.
• Effective communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively within cross-functional teams.
• Adaptable and open to learning new technologies and methodologies as the testing landscape evolves.
• Knowledge of industry ISO standards like ATE 16549, ISO 9001 and regulations related to testing and quality assurance is a plus.
• Knowledge of working on MS Office and present all relevant data via data acquisition systems.
• Ability to work Independent with Vendors, customers and internal team.
• Willingness to work hands-on, fast-paced environment while maintaining a high level of accuracy.

Educational Qualification:

• BE in Electronics & Communication Engineering.

Experience:

• 5–7 years of experience in Electronics Manufacturing.
• Industry Experience: Preferably from EMS industry.
