Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated TDL Engineer with a strong EMS background to support our testing operations, NPI programs, and customer engagement activities. The ideal candidate will possess hands‑on experience in test engineering, cross‑functional coordination, and project execution within an electronics manufacturing environment.

Key Responsibilities

Mobile Test Station Knowledge

• Operate, troubleshoot, and optimize mobile test stations used in production testing.

Customer Collaboration

• Work closely with overseas customers to develop, define, and finalize test processes.

Issue Management & Meetings

• Conduct internal and external meetings related to test issues.
• Lead failure analysis (FA) discussions, track customer MIL (Manufacturing Issue List), and coordinate closures with CFT teams.

Cross-Functional Coordination

• Synchronize with CFT teams regarding new processes, improvements, and daily performance tracking.
• Provide regular updates to customers on execution status and results.

Lesson Learned Management

• Maintain and update the lessons‑learned tracker to support continuous improvement and future project readiness.

NPI Program Management

• Lead NPI kickoff meetings and ensure production readiness for new product introductions.

Technical Expertise

• Knowledge of line bring‑up, GRR, CPK, distribution analysis, and test policy implementation.

Communication Skills

• Demonstrate strong verbal and written communication skills for effective internal and external engagement.

Preferred Background (Companies)

• Candidates from the EMS or electronics manufacturing companies will be preferred.
