Job summary

Larsen & Toubro in Chennai invites a Test Automation & Quality Engineer to design and implement automated testing frameworks, ensuring cloud-native products' quality, reliability, and security.

You will work across UI, API, and end-to-end workflows, integrate tests into CI/CD, and collaborate with developers in an Agile delivery environment to enable fast, safe releases in distributed cloud and containerized deployments.

Qualifications

• 3–7 years of experience in test automation and quality engineering.
• Strong programming skills in Python, Java, or JavaScript.
• Hands-on experience with automation tools: Selenium, Playwright, Cypress.
• Experience in API testing, UI testing, and end-to-end automation.
• Exposure to CI/CD tools (Jenkins, GitHub Actions, Azure DevOps).
• Experience testing cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP, or private cloud).
• Strong understanding of networking fundamentals (TCP/IP, DNS, Load Balancing).
• Basic understanding of security testing (authentication, authorization, encryption).
• Hands-on experience with Docker and Kubernetes environments.
