Rightsline is hiring for a Quality Assurance/QA Engineer in Noida, India. You will design and execute regression tests, report issues in Jira and Testmo, and collaborate across teams to verify fixes. Proficiency in SQL, API testing, Playwright, and scripting with PowerShell/JS/TS is expected.

The role emphasizes ISO 27001/SOC compliance and a strong ownership mindset. You will join an India-based operation with flexible, yet disciplined processes and a focus on growth within a global SaaS

Qualifications

3+ years of QA, BA, or support experience.
Bachelor’s degree in CS/IT/CE or related field.
Strong ownership and adaptability.
Understanding of SDLC and Agile methodologies.
Team-first mindset and willingness to learn.
Experience writing and executing manual regression tests and regression/smoke/exploratory testing suites.
Clear written communication.
Effective communication via Slack/Zoom.
2+ years of SQL experience.
1+ years with TestRail/Testmo/Xray.
Knowledge of programming concepts with at least one language (PowerShell, JS/TS, Python, Java).
2+ years of API testing.
2+ years with Playwright + JS/TS.

Responsibilities

Design and execute regression test plans for new and existing features.
Identify and report issues in Jira.
Report test results clearly in Testmo.
Collaborate with teammates to investigate and verify issues.
Write scripts using PowerShell and SQL to automate comparison of test results.
Create and execute API tests manually in Postman and automatically using Playwright + TS.

Ensure compliance with ISO 27001, SOC 1, SOC 2.

What You Will Own:

Design and execute regression test plans for new and existing features
Identify and report issues and areas of improvement in Jira
Report test results clearly in Testmo
Collaborate with teammates to investigate and verify issues proactively
Write scripts using PowerShell and SQL to automate comparison of test results to known results
Create and execute API tests manually in Postman and automatically using Playwright + TS
Collaborate with cross-functional teams
Ensure compliance with ISO 27001, SOC 1, SOC 2 frameworks

What You Bring:

3+ years of Quality Assurance, Business Analysis, or Technical Support experience
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Computer Engineering, or other related field; or equivalent combination of education and experience
Strong sense of ownership and proven ability to adapt when priorities change
Strong understanding of SDLC and Agile methodologies
Team-first mindset, and a willingness to learn new features and shape new processes
Experience writing and executing manual regression tests, and executing regression, smoke, and exploratory testing suites
Ability to write clearly and concisely
Ability to communicate effectively via remote collaboration tools like Slack and Zoom
2+ years of experience with relational databases in SQL
1+ years of experience with testing software such as TestRail, Testmo, Xray
Understanding of programming concepts and hands-on experience with at least one programming language (PowerShell, JS/TS, Python, Java)
2+ years of experience with API testing
2+ years of experience with Playwright + JS/TS
