Job summary

Zappyhire is seeking a Territory Service Manager for a full-time role with MSIL. The position focuses on driving business growth, supporting workshops, and improving service and sales metrics across the territory.

Candidates should have a BE/B.Tech in Mechanical/Automobile/Electrical, strong dealer management, analytics and problem-solving skills, and the ability to lead technical campaigns and enhance customer experience in Indore region.

Qualifications

• Understanding of latest tools and technology – application and implementation.
• Financial statements, working capital, and profitability awareness.
• Channel/dealer management and business partnering.
• Territory mapping and customer/data analytics.

Responsibilities

• Support workshops in improving business parameters like Periodic Maintenance, Load growth etc.
• Assist dealerships in reducing inefficiencies like TAT and increasing service/sales ratio.
• Analyze workshop data and monitor trends for customer retention and implementing new service strategies in the territory.
• Handle critical customer complaints and technical issues of the territory.
• Managing technical campaigns and recalls.
• Escalation of product feedback at Head office.
• Improving customer experience by implementation of SAS in workshops.
• Assisting dealerships in reducing system and process related inefficiencies.
