Taggd is seeking a Territory Service Manager in India (Delhi region) to drive workshop business growth through service improvements, analyze data and customer trends, and collaborate with dealer partners to accelerate performance across the territory.

The role requires strong analytical skills, stakeholder management, and a target-driven mindset; prior automotive industry experience is highly preferred, with responsibilities spanning service operations, data reporting, and technical issue

• Manage technical campaigns, recalls, and product feedback escalation.
• Enhance customer experience through implementation of service excellence initiatives.
