Crompton Greaves Consumer Electricals seeks a field sales professional to drive territory growth in Jammu/Srinagar, handle primary and secondary sales, and onboard channel partners. The role requires strong distributor management and timely collections to meet targets.

Local candidate with deep knowledge of the Jammu/Srinagar markets who has experience selling Fans/LDA/SDA will excel in building durable distributor relationships and achieving revenue goals.

Qualifications

• Background in the electrical industry.
• Proven experience selling Fans/LDA/SDA.
• Strong distributor management and collection skills.
• Local to Jammu / Srinagar and surrounding markets preferably a "son of the soil" / resident with proven experience handling territory.
