Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelors of Engineering plus MBA
- Prior Automotiveexperience preferably in commercial is required.

Product Knowledge:
- Stay updated on thefeatures, specifications, and benefits of different vehicle models.
- Train salesrepresentatives and dealership staff on product knowledge and sellingtechniques.
- Ensure that sales staffare equipped with the necessary information to effectively communicate withcustomers.
Market Analysis
- Conduct market researchto identify customer needs, preferences, and trends.
- Monitor competitoractivities and market trends to identify opportunities and threats.
- Use sales data andanalytics to assess market performance and identify areas for improvement.
- Provide feedback tosenior management on market conditions and sales performance.
- Build and maintain strongrelationships with dealerships and other stakeholders.
- Provide support andassistance to dealerships to maximize sales opportunities.
- Address any issues orconcerns raised by dealerships promptly and effectively.
- Collaborate withdealerships to develop and implement promotional campaigns and events.
- Oversee sales activitieswithin a designated geographical area.
- Develop and implementsales strategies to achieve targets.
- Manage a team of salesrepresentatives and dealership staff.
- Conduct regular salesmeetings and provide guidance and support to the team.
- Set sales targets forindividual team members and monitor performance.
Administration andReporting:
- Prepare regular reportson sales performance, market trends, and competitor activities.
- Monitor inventory levels andensure that dealerships have an adequate supply of vehicles.
- Coordinate with otherdepartments, such as marketing and finance, to ensure alignment of salesactivities with overall business objectives.
Team Development:
- Recruit, train, anddevelop sales representatives and dealership staff.
- Provide ongoing coachingand support to help team members improve their sales skills and performance.
- Conduct performanceevaluations and provide feedback to help team members reach their fullpotential.
