Job summary

Awign Enterprises seeks a go-getter with 3–6 years of field sales experience and a proven track record in leading a field team. MBA/PGDM preferred, with strong coaching and data-driven decision-making能力. Must have two-wheeler and valid license for field travel.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and motivate a team of FSEs to achieve weekly and monthly OB and recording-hour targets.
• Support recruitment, onboarding, and training of new FSEs on the pitch, KYC checklist, and deployment process.
• Assign micro-territories and lead targets to FSEs, and rebalance them based on performance.
• Conduct daily huddles, weekly reviews, and one-on-one coaching, including joint field visits with FSEs.

Job description

• Graduate in any discipline (MBA/PGDM preferred)
• 3 to 6 years of experience in field sales, with at least 1 to 2 years leading a field team
• Prior experience in fintech, payments, or POS/QR merchant acquisition (e.g., PhonePe, Paytm, Pine Labs) or similar merchant-onboarding roles is a strong advantage
• Proven track record of achieving targets and managing a team's productivity
• Strong coaching, communication, and people-management skills
• Good command of Kannada and English/Hindi (spoken)
• Working knowledge of MIS/Excel and lead/reporting apps, and comfort with data-driven decision making
• Own two-wheeler and valid driving license required (for field travel)
• Ability to work under target pressure in a fast-paced environment
