Job summary

Medbionix, a Kochi-based medical technology company, is seeking a Territory Sales Manager with strong spine implant sales experience to drive growth in Kerala. You will develop hospital accounts, build relationships with spine surgeons, neurosurgeons, and procurement teams, and coordinate product demonstrations.

The role requires travel within Kerala, fluency in Malayalam and English, and a proven track record of meeting targets.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of direct sales experience in spine implants.
• Strong knowledge of spine implant products, instrumentation, and the hospital sales process.
• Experience working in the Kerala market with established surgeon and hospital relationships.
• Demonstrated ability to achieve sales targets and independently manage a territory.
• Strong communication, negotiation, relationship management, and planning skills.
• Ability to communicate effectively in Malayalam and English.
• Readiness to travel within the assigned territory.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute territory sales plans to achieve revenue and business growth targets.
• Identify new business opportunities and expand the spine implant customer base.
• Build and maintain relationships with surgeons, hospitals, purchase departments, and other key stakeholders.
• Present the spine implant portfolio and coordinate product demonstrations and technical support.
• Coordinate with internal teams and hospital staff to ensure timely availability of implants and instrumentation for scheduled cases.
• Manage quotations, commercial discussions, order follow-ups, and payment collections in line with company policies.
• Track sales opportunities, prepare forecasts, and report on customer feedback and market activity.
• Support product training sessions, clinical meetings, and relevant industry events.
