Job summary

SAGAR POLYTECHNIK LIMITED in Gujarat seeks a Field Sales Executive to drive secondary sales and expand retailer networks. The role requires daily field visits to retailers, plumbers, and counters, plus execution of beat plans and loyalty enrollments.

You will conduct plumber site visits, monthly demos, and ensure accurate CRM reporting. Travel within assigned towns is essential to meet targets and contribute to growth.

• Local geography knowledge is essential to navigate target areas.
• Owning a vehicle is required for daily field travel.

Responsibilities

• Achieve monthly/quarterly/annual secondary sales targets.
• Appoint new retailers & dealers in underpenetrated towns.
• Execute beat plan; visit retailers, counters, and shops daily.
• Conduct regular plumber site visits and enroll them in loyalty program.
• Share daily activity report on CRM/field app.
• Conduct monthly product demo meets for plumbers (influencers).
• Visit 50 active plumbers/month and enroll at least 10/month in loyalty program.
• Conduct 2 weekly plumber meet (10–15 attendees) at retail outlets.
