Job summary

Samyukt is seeking a Recovery Lead to oversee and manage recovery operations across a geographic region. You will lead a team of Area Recovery Managers, develop effective strategies, and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements while achieving recovery targets.

The role requires a strong background in BFSI recovery, excellent stakeholder management, and the ability to drive process improvements across multiple branches and accounts.

Qualifications

• Experience with recovery / risk management in BFSI sectors.

ROLE SUMMARY

The role involves overseeing and managing the recovery and continuity of operations within a specific geographic. He will be responsible for managing a team of Area recovery managers, developing and implementing effective recovery strategies, and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements .

ORGANIZATIONAL CHART

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Develop and implement effective recovery strategies to minimize losses and maximize recoveries, in line with organizational policies and regulatory requirements.

Continuously review and improve recovery processes, identifying opportunities for efficiency gains and cost reductions

Oversee a portfolio of business loans, identifying potential risks and opportunities for recovery, and developing targeted recovery plans.

Stakeholder Management

Engage with internal stakeholders, including sales, and risk teams, to ensure alignment and effective communication.

Interact with customers to negotiate repayment plans, settlements, and other recovery-related activities.

Compliance Management

Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, organizational policies, and industry standards.

Data Management

Provide regular reports and analysis on recovery performance, including metrics such as recovery rates, days to recover, and loss given default.
