ABOUT THE ROLE

Ashoka University is seeking a partnerships professional to build a pan-India network of STEM coaching partners and recruit students for its undergraduate science programmes in Biology, Chemistry, Computer Science, Mathematics, Physics and Environmental Sciences.

You will identify national and regional coaching chains, build relationships with their leadership and centres, and turn these connections into sustained student engagement. The focus is on reaching science-stream students, particularly those preparing for JEE and other science entrance examinations, and helping them explore science education and research at Ashoka.

This role offers ownership of a focused recruitment channel, from identifying prospective partners to supporting students through applications and enrolment. It will suit someone who understands the coaching ecosystem, enjoys opening new relationships and can turn a partnership plan into measurable results.

  • Map and prioritise national coaching chains, regional networks and specialist STEM coaching institutes based on their student profile, reach and potential for collaboration.
  • Build relationships with founders, leadership teams, academic heads and centre managers. Develop engagement plans at both chain and centre level, with clear activities, timelines and follow-up.
  • Maintain active partnerships and expand successful collaborations across cities and centres.
2. Create meaningful engagement with science students
  • Work with partners to organise student and parent sessions, faculty-led science workshops, webinars and admissions guidance activities, aligned with coaching and examination schedules.
  • Explain Ashoka’s science programmes and academic pathways clearly, helping students and families understand how these connect with their interests and aspirations.
  • Equip partner counsellors and academic teams with accurate programme and admissions information so they can guide interested students.
3. Drive applications and enrolments

  • Coordinate with Admissions, faculty and regional outreach teams to answer student queries and deliver partner activities effectively.
  • Track active partners, student enquiries, application starts, submissions and enrolments. Use these results to improve engagement and prioritise partnerships.
  • Manage partner records, outreach schedules and travel plans independently, working closely with the Regional Manager.
