Promind Solution is seeking an experienced leader to manage strategic manpower operations across multiple locations in Mohali, India. The role demands driving end-to-end field operations, ensuring standardized processes, and aligning initiatives with business objectives.

You will oversee teams, governance, and safety while enabling growth and efficiency across sites. The position emphasizes cross-functional collaboration with HR, Finance, Admin, IT, and other departments, plus ongoing process

Responsibilities

• Lead and drive end-to-end field operations across multiple locations/projects
• Develop and implement operational strategies aligned with business objectives
• Ensure scalability, efficiency, and standardization of processes
• Act as a key escalation point for client concerns and ensure SLA/KPI adherence
• Drive client retention and satisfaction initiatives
• Lead, mentor, and manage field managers, supervisors, and operations/territory managers
• Drive workforce planning, succession planning, and leadership development
• Promote a high-performance, accountable, and engaged team culture
• Oversee operations across all sites/regions and ensure consistency in service delivery
• Conduct regular field audits and performance reviews
• Manage operational budgets and control costs effectively and drive cost optimization and productivity improvements
• Oversee procurement planning and allocation of machines, equipment, materials, and PPE
• Drive preventive maintenance systems and lifecycle management of assets
• Collaborate with HR, Finance, Admin, IT, and other departments for seamless coordination
• Support business expansion through market insights and field intelligence
• Contribute to proposal development, pricing inputs, and client presentations
• Assist in onboarding and stabilizing new projects
• Ensure compliance with statutory regulations and company policies and drive safety and risk mitigation practices across operations
• Monitor receivables and drive timely collections to minimize revenue leakages
• Lead process transformation and automation initiatives and foster a culture of innovation and continuous improvement

7. Cross-functional Management
