Job summary

Promind Solution seeks an experienced leader to direct strategic manpower operations and oversee field activities across multiple sites in India. You will develop operational strategies, ensure efficiency, and standardize processes to enable scalable, compliant delivery.

The role also covers client governance, performance reviews, workforce planning, budget control, asset management, cross-functional collaboration, and driving continuous improvement in field operations.

Responsibilities

• Lead and drive end-to-end field operations across multiple locations/projects and develop scalable operating plans.
• Oversee client governance with escalation handling, reviews, SLA/KPI adherence, and retention initiatives.
• Lead and mentor field managers and teams; drive workforce planning and leadership development.
• Manage multi-site operations to ensure consistent service delivery and SOP compliance.
• Control budgets, identify cost optimizations, and improve productivity for profitability.
• Oversee procurement, asset management, and preventive maintenance across sites.
• Coordinate with HR, Finance, Admin, IT and others to align recruitment, payroll and logistics.
• Support business growth via market insights, field intelligence, proposals and onboarding.
• Ensure compliance, risk and safety standards with audits and corrective actions.
• Monitor payments, receivables and revenue integrity.
• Drive process transformation and technology adoption in field operations.

2. Client Governance

• Act as a key escalation point for client concerns
• Conduct periodic business reviews and ensure SLA/KPI adherence
• Drive client retention and satisfaction initiatives

3. Team Leadership

• Lead, mentor, and manage field managers, supervisors, and operations/territory managers
• Drive workforce planning, succession planning, and leadership development
• Promote a high-performance, accountable, and engaged team culture

4. Multi-site Operations Management

• Oversee operations across all sites/regions
• Ensure consistency in service delivery and compliance with SOPs
• Conduct regular field audits and performance reviews

5. Financial Oversight & Cost Optimization

• Manage operational budgets and control costs effectively
• Identify and implement cost optimization and productivity improvement initiatives
• Ensure profitability and efficient resource utilization

6. Resource Planning & Asset Management

• Oversee procurement planning and allocation of machines equipment, materials, and PPE
• Ensure optimal utilization and lifecycle management of assets
• Drive preventive maintenance systems

7. Cross-functional Management

• Collaborate with HR, Finance, Admin, IT, and other departments
• Ensure seamless coordination for recruitment, payroll, compliance, and logistics
• Align field operations with corporate strategies

8. Business Development & Growth Support

• Support business expansion through market insights and field intelligence
• Contribute to proposal development, pricing inputs, and client presentations
• Assist in onboarding and stabilizing new projects

9. Compliance, Risk & Safety Management

• Ensure compliance with statutory regulations and company policies
• Drive safety standards and risk mitigation practices across operations
• Conduct audits and ensure corrective action implementation

10. Payment Governance & Revenue Assurance

• Monitor receivables and drive timely collections
• Minimize revenue leakages and disputes

11. Change Management & Process Innovation

• Lead process transformation and automation initiatives
• Drive adoption of technology in field operations
