Job summary

Promind Solution in India is seeking a senior operations leader to drive strategic manpower operations across multiple sites. You will oversee field operations, client governance, and cross-functional coordination to ensure scalable, efficient delivery and compliance with SOPs.

The role emphasizes leadership of field managers, workforce planning, and cost-conscious management of multi-site operations while supporting growth initiatives and revenue assurance.

Responsibilities

• Lead and drive end-to-end field operations across multiple locations/projects.
• Develop and implement operational strategies aligned with business objectives.
• Ensure scalability, efficiency, and standardization of processes.
• Act as a key escalation point for client concerns and ensure SLA/KPI adherence.
• Drive client retention and satisfaction initiatives.
• Lead, mentor, and manage field managers, supervisors, and operations/territory managers.
• Drive workforce planning, succession planning, and leadership development.
• Promote a high-performance, accountable, and engaged team culture.
• Oversee operations across all sites/regions and ensure consistency in service delivery.
• Conduct regular field audits and performance reviews.
• Manage operational budgets and control costs effectively; identify cost optimization opportunities.
• Oversee procurement planning and allocation of machines, equipment, materials, and PPE; lifecycle management of assets.
• Collaborate with HR, Finance, Admin, IT, and other departments to align field operations with corporate strategies.
• Support business expansion through market insights, field intelligence, and client proposals.

7. Cross-functional Management

• Ensure seamless coordination for recruitment, payroll, compliance, and logistics

8. Business Development & Growth Support

• Support business expansion through market insights and field intelligence
• Contribute to proposal development, pricing inputs, and client presentations

9. Compliance, Risk & Safety Management

• Drive safety standards and risk mitigation practices across operations

• Monitor receivables and drive timely collections
