Leading Life Insurance Company is seeking a Territory Manager for the Banca Channel to drive life insurance sales across specified branches and partner banks. You will lead an on-roll team of Branch Managers and Relationship Managers, promoting products and achieving business targets.

You will coordinate with channel partners, equip the sales team with product knowledge, and ensure need-based selling, efficient documentation, and timely policy issuance, renewals, and superior service.

Job Summary

We have an urgent openings for the position of Territory Manager in Banca Channel in Leading Life insurance Company.

Responsibilities

• Handling an onroll team of 3 to 5 Branch Managers Further BMs Handling Relationship Managers.
• Promoting sales of the Company's products, achieving and exceeding business targets set by the Company.
• Achieving these targets by providing all possible support to the allotted clusters in promoting life insurance business to their existing customers as also to the prospects. Drive business to the asset base customers of the by using the bank partner database and business.
• Work to generate business through the Channel partners. Enable the sales managers in the team and equip them with the required knowledge and skill to pitch relevant products to this base of customer. Ensure need based selling by doing the customer profiling and educate the sales officers in the team to do the same.
• Drive right product mix
• Driving and supporting all the new business sales and service functions viz. closing sales calls, aiding in completion of documentation, facilitating pre-insurance medical examination, scrutiny of the proposal papers so as to minimize the turnaround time in policy issue; facilitating renewal premium collections, customer service, etc.
• Ensure download of key organizational communication with the team for their involvement in the mainstream strategy execution. Implementation of the key company strategies in the branches/geographies assigned
• Promoting the brand image of the Company and implementing all initiatives of the Company related to brand building exercises, as well as maintaining excellent relationship with the corporate agents.
• Adherence to the company Sales Management Processes ensure adherence within the team of sales officers
• Providing daily MIS/report of performance.
