Job summary

Orange Corporate Solution seeks a dynamic leader to drive life insurance sales through banca partnerships in the Kolkata region. You will manage key bank relationships, lead and coach sales teams, and ensure targets are met while maintaining compliance with IRDAI guidelines.

The role requires a strong background in bancassurance, excellent communication, and proven ability to convert opportunities into growth.

Qualifications

• Graduate or Postgraduate degree.
• Proven ability to manage bank relationships and large sales teams.
• Strong knowledge of life insurance products and bancassurance processes.
• Excellent communication, negotiation and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

• Drive life insurance business through the Banca channel by managing a defined geography/area.
• Build, nurture, and strengthen relationships with Bank branch managers and senior stakeholders.
• Achieve business targets related to premium, productivity, and activation.
• Lead, coach, and mentor Branch Managers / Sales Managers / Relationship teams.
• Ensure consistent branch activation, sales funnel management, and conversion ratios.
• Conduct regular training, reviews, and performance discussions with teams.
• Monitor sales MIS, track KPIs, and ensure timely reporting.
• Ensure strict adherence to IRDAI guidelines, internal policies, and compliance norms.
• Handle escalations, support complex cases, and improve customer satisfaction.
• Identify market opportunities and implement local business strategies for growth.
